When you successfully completed ordering through the website, you are required to choose a payment method. As per customer’s choice payment can be done either by Debit/Credit Cards or by cash on delivery. Online debit/ credit card payment is also an option and for some restaurants it can be the only method of payment. For transactions with online debit/credit cards, we transmit your entire card information to the appropriate debit/credit card company in an encrypted format with globally accepted rules and applications during order processing. Upon your choice, we keep a part of your card information in an encrypted format, taking precaution to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards over your credit card information.

We will use all reasonable endeavors to maintain the security of your personal information and to protect your personal information from misuse, interference and loss and against unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. Personal information collected at our site will be shared with a restaurant when processing your order. We have an agreement with all member restaurants, restricting disclosure or further processing of personal information provided to them by us. We only send marketing emails to those people who have specifically requested to receive this information. Food Ordering Points
The concept of the food ordering point is, a restaurant would offer a free food or drinks for their customers when the customer’s points reached 250, 500, 750, 1000 and more in their wallet. For every 100 baize order, a customer will get 1 point which means for 1 Rial order they will get 10 points. Once you earned 250 points (25 Rial Order) customer will get free food or drinks from the restaurants as FREE. The same system is applicable for 500, 750 & 1000 points.
It is not mandatory to place the order at one time worth OMR 25 or more, customers can place the order different times, according to the value of the food order the points will be added in their wallet. The point is counting only as per the food value, not included delivery charges, packing charges ans Municipality fee. Restaurants have the right to decide the offer for 250 points, 500 points, 750 points and 1000 points. The offers will vary according to the restaurant.
Customer should earn minimum 250 points in a single restaurant to redeem these points. Customer will get the offer what restaurant mentioned in their pages for 250, 500, 750 and 1000 points. Customers could not redeem if the total points is 250 from multiple restaurants. Once you reached 250 points in single restaurants, you can start to redeem points. Customers can see the points earned from different restaurants in “E Wallet under My Account”. Restaurants have the right to change the offer at any time, when you decided to redeem points what is the current offer displayed in the offer page you will get that offer. It’s not mandatory to redeem the offer once your point reached 250; you can redeem at any time even in 500, 750, 1000 or more. Whatever the points you redeemed, you will get that offer and balance points you can see in the “ E wallet under My Account”
How to redeem Points?
Customers should place a normal order to redeem the points. One time one offer can redeem. Customers could not redeem the offer if the points not completed 250 in single restaurants and they can redeem the points at any time after the points earned 250. You have an option to redeem points in address page after you selected Menu and click “Continue” button. You can redeem the points according to your eligible points and redeemed points will be deducted from the customer’s wallet.
Review Writing Points
The concept of review writing points is, customers can write a review about the restaurant or food after placed the order. For every single order a customer can write one review about the restaurant and their food. For every review writing a customer will get 5 points. Customers could not write more than one review for single order.
The customers are not able to write the reviews if they are not placed order. It is not mandatory to write the reviews immediately after they placed the order; they can write the review at any time. Minimum 150 words are required for reviews. A review point’s eligibility is depends on the way of writing and quality of content. Customers should use proper words when writing reviews. Reviews would be deleted if it’s not matching with frypaan standard and policies. Frypaan team will check the reviews and remove the points for ineligible reviews. Frypaan have the full authority to remove points and delete reviews if the reviews are not matching with frypaan standard and policies. This review points will add in the total points earned by the customer in a single restaurant.
The restaurants hold the full authority to change the offers according to their own preferences without prior notification to the customers.
· Frypaan is not liable to the customers if the restaurants is refused offer or decrease the value of offer or any other changes done in the offers.
· Restaurants have the right to stop the offer at any time, frypaan is not responsible if the restaurant is decided to stop the offer, frypaan will try to inform the customer at least 3 months before in case of any situation arises.
· Frypaan is facilitating a platform for customers and restaurants, but frypaan don’t have any liability to the customers to provide offers mentioned in each restaurants pages if the restaurants is not given.
Calls to and from Frypaan may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
